Disappointing
I was incredibly disappointed in Disney On Ice's attitude. Throwing his guitar and storming off stage is not appropriate behavior for someone who is almost 40. I appreciate that the rest of the band came out and apologized and said goodnight to the crowd, but Disney On Ice couldn't act like a mature adult for 5 minutes to come with them, even just to stand there while someone else made the announcement. The show was alright, but I was really looking forward to this show. I can understand frustration, but I feel like this behavior would not have been tolerated at all at somewhere like Madison Square Garden, but because it's Reno, we get the short stick. And for them to promise to 'make it up to us'? It took 7 years for them to make it back to Reno from the last time they were here, I doubt they'll make any effort to keep that promise. And I doubt Grand Sierra Resort will make any amends to ticket holders to make up for half of a show.
